Why "Payment Was Partially Received" appears
Crypto networks charge a transaction fee that varies by minute, especially on Bitcoin and Ethereum. If the network fee was higher than expected when your transaction confirmed, NowPayments shows "partially received" — they got less than the invoice amount.
We auto-credit the difference up to a small tolerance. If the underpayment is larger, your dashboard will show a "top up" button. Pay the missing amount in the same currency and your subscription activates immediately.

Crypto via NowPayments: 5–30 minutes. The wait depends on the coin's confirmation count: USDT-TRC20 confirms in under 1 minute, BTC needs 1 confirmation (~10 minutes), ETH needs ~3 minutes for finality.
If 60 minutes have passed and your subscription is still inactive, open a support ticket with your transaction hash — we will manually verify and credit your account.
Card declined? Most common reasons
Stripe declines a card for a specific reason — we just relay the bank's response. The four most common reasons:
- Issuer declined (your bank blocked the charge — call them to whitelist NexTunnel, or use a different card).
- Insufficient funds (try a different card or top up).
- International blocks (some banks block all foreign-currency transactions — call to enable, or use crypto).
- 3D Secure failed (you missed the SMS code or banking-app push — retry and complete the prompt within 5 minutes).
If your card keeps failing, switch to crypto. NowPayments accepts 100+ coins and never declines for KYC reasons.
Trial-first policy
Try the full service free for 7 days — add your card to start, and you won't be charged until day 7. Full access to every server and protocol so you can verify it works on your own network and ISP before paying. Cancel anytime before day 7 and pay nothing. After day 7 your plan runs the full billing period; cancel anytime to stop the next renewal. All paid subscriptions are final and non-refundable.
