How do I sign up and create an account?

Visit nextunnel.com and click "Sign Up". Enter your email address and choose a password. After confirming your email, you can immediately purchase a plan and receive your VPN credentials.

How do I pay with crypto (NowPayments)?

On the checkout page, select "Pay with Crypto". You will be redirected to NowPayments where you can pay using Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and 50+ other currencies. Once your transaction is confirmed on-chain (usually within 10–30 minutes), your subscription is activated automatically.

How do I connect on Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android?

After purchasing a plan, open your dashboard and go to "Devices". Add a device and download the configuration file or copy the connection link. NexTunnel uses the VLESS+Reality protocol, which is supported by v2rayN (Windows), v2rayU (Mac), Nekoray (Linux), and v2rayNG (Android). Detailed setup guides are available in the Guides section.

What should I do if the VPN is not connecting?

First, check your internet connection without the VPN. Then verify your device's configuration is up to date (re-download from the dashboard if needed). Try switching to a different protocol — NexTunnel offers Standard, CDN (WebSocket), and Hysteria2 links. If problems persist, check the Status page for server issues.

How do I use the referral program?

Go to your dashboard and find your unique referral link in the "Referrals" section. Share it with friends. When they sign up through your link, both you and your friend receive a free trial credit. Commissions are credited to your account automatically.

Is NexTunnel safe to use in Russia and Iran?

Yes. NexTunnel uses the VLESS+Reality protocol, which is specifically designed to be undetectable by deep packet inspection (DPI) systems used in Russia, Iran, and other restricted regions. It mimics normal HTTPS traffic on port 443. We also offer CDN and Hysteria2 connection modes for additional resilience.

What protocols does NexTunnel use?

NexTunnel supports four connection types: Standard (VLESS+Reality on port 443 — best for most users), Restricted (alternative port and SNI for stricter networks), CDN (VLESS over WebSocket via Cloudflare — most censorship-resistant), and Hysteria2 (UDP-based, best for high latency or lossy connections). All types are available in your dashboard.

How do I cancel or request a refund?

To cancel, go to Dashboard → Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription". Your access continues until the end of the paid period. For refunds, contact support within 3 days of purchase. Crypto payments are non-refundable due to blockchain transaction costs.

VPN connection fails

1. Check that your internet connection works without the VPN.
2. Re-download your configuration from the dashboard — credentials may have rotated.
3. Try a different connection type: CDN or Hysteria2 are more resilient in restricted networks.
4. Check the Status page (nextunnel.com/status) for any server incidents.
5. Temporarily disable your firewall or antivirus and retry.

Slow VPN speeds

1. Switch to the CDN or Hysteria2 connection type in your dashboard.
2. Close other bandwidth-heavy applications while connected.
3. Try reconnecting — your device may be routed to a different, less-loaded server.
4. Run a speed test on your base connection to rule out local issues.

Payment issues

1. For card payments via Stripe: ensure your card supports international transactions and 3D Secure authentication.
2. For crypto payments via NowPayments: wait at least 30 minutes for blockchain confirmation. Do not close the payment page until you see a confirmation.
3. If your payment was charged but the subscription was not activated, contact support with your payment reference number.
