1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the permitted and prohibited uses of NexTunnel's VPN service. By using our service, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Permitted Uses
- Protecting your privacy and securing your internet connection
- Accessing geo-restricted content for personal use
- Securing connections on public Wi-Fi networks
- General web browsing, streaming, and communication
- Remote work and secure access to corporate resources
3. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use NexTunnel for:
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or other harmful software
- Unauthorized access to computer systems or networks (hacking)
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk communications
- Distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Harassment, threats, or stalking of individuals
- Fraud, phishing, or identity theft
- Copyright infringement at a commercial scale
- DDoS attacks or any form of network abuse
- Cryptocurrency mining through the VPN tunnel
- Torrenting on plans that do not explicitly allow P2P traffic
4. Fair Usage
Each plan includes a monthly traffic quota. Exceeding your quota will result in service suspension until the next billing cycle or until additional traffic is purchased. Sharing credentials with others is prohibited.
5. Device Limits
Each plan specifies a maximum number of simultaneous device connections. Attempting to bypass device limits may result in account suspension.
6. Abuse Detection
We employ automated systems to detect abnormal usage patterns (e.g., excessive concurrent connections from different geographic locations). If abuse is detected, we may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
7. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Warning notification
- Temporary service suspension
- Permanent account termination without refund
- Reporting to appropriate authorities if required by law
8. Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of any misuse of our service, please report it through the support ticket system in your dashboard.
