Plan renewal & cancellation

Everything you need to know about renewals, cancellations, and re-subscribing — explained in one page.

When does my plan auto-renew?

Stripe subscriptions auto-renew 24 hours before the period ends. We send a renewal reminder email 3 days before, so you always have time to cancel if you no longer want the plan.

Crypto and Lava.top payments do NOT auto-renew. They are one-shot purchases — you pay, you get the period, and when it expires you simply pay again to extend.

Your dashboard always shows the exact period_end date and time. You can cancel at any time from there with one click.

How is traffic counted?

Traffic is counted per billing cycle and resets the moment your plan renews. If your plan ends April 15 and renews April 15 at 03:00 UTC, your traffic counter goes back to zero at exactly that time.

There are three things to know about how we count:

  • Both upload and download bytes count toward your quota — most VPNs only count download.
  • All protocols count equally (Reality, Hysteria2, WireGuard, etc.) — switching protocols does not reset your usage.
  • Per-device traffic shows in your dashboard so you can spot a runaway client (auto-updating apps, video streaming, torrents).

Cancel anytime

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period. You keep access until period_end — there is no refund of unused days, but you do not lose anything you already paid for.

How to cancel

  1. 1.Go to /dashboard/billing in your account.
  2. 2.Click "Cancel subscription" — confirm in the dialog.
  3. 3.You will see a confirmation email and your dashboard will show the date access ends.

Re-subscribe after expiration

When your plan expires, your account stays active and your traffic history is preserved. You just need to pick a plan again. The flow is identical to a new signup.

Existing devices stay registered, so you do not need to re-import your subscription URL on every device — once you re-subscribe, those URLs become active again automatically.

Pick the plan that fits your usage

Monthly, quarterly, and annual plans all give the same speed and the same protocol mix. Annual plans cost ~50% less per month.
