Visit nextunnel.com and click on any plan. You'll be taken to the checkout page.

Choose 'Pay with crypto'
On the checkout page, select the crypto payment option. You'll see a list of supported coins.

Pick your cryptocurrency
Select the coin you want to pay with — Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), Ethereum (ETH), or any other listed option.

Send the exact amount
A wallet address and QR code will appear on screen. Send the exact amount shown (including network fees) to that address. Important: send from your own wallet, not directly from an exchange.

Wait for confirmation
After you send the payment, wait a few minutes for the blockchain to confirm the transaction. This usually takes 1–15 minutes depending on the coin. You can leave the page — we'll send a confirmation email.

Once the payment is confirmed, your NexTunnel subscription activates automatically. Check your email for a confirmation and log in to your dashboard.
Common questions
What if I sent the wrong amount?
Contact our support immediately. Payments that are slightly under the required amount may be adjusted manually. Overpayments are not automatically refunded — contact support.
What if the payment is not confirmed after 30 minutes?
This can happen during network congestion. Check your blockchain explorer to confirm the transaction was sent. If confirmed on-chain but not activated, contact support with your transaction hash (TX ID).
Can I use an exchange wallet (Binance, Coinbase)?
We recommend sending from your personal wallet, not directly from an exchange. Some exchanges add extra fees or delays that can cause payment issues.
Is my identity protected?
Yes. We don't ask for your name or address for crypto payments. Your email is required for account access, but it can be a temporary or anonymous email address.
What happens if I need a refund?
We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee. Crypto refunds are processed manually to the wallet address you specify. Contact support within 3 days of purchase.
